Trish and Ashley Staton showed us how to make FAVAO “reward” protein bars. Here’s the quick and easy recipe:

• 1 cup quick oats
• 1/3 cup XANGO FAVAO Protein powder
• 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (or any nut butter)
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 Tbsp ground flax seed

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Divide mix into 5 equal portions and shape into squares or rectangles. Store in refrigerator or freezer to keep fresh. 315 calories per bar.
