I am interested in the Favao program but am a type II diabetic and want to know if the program is safe for a diabetic.
What can you put the protein and fiber in other than water….
You could also use any fruit or vegetable juices.
Just be aware of the additional sugars and carbs you would be consuming (especially with fruit juices).
