We want to help, and we want to let your example help others do the same. We’re running a very special program—the FAVAO Reset Challenge—to set you on the right course. Submit your application and get as many of your friends’ Facebook “votes” as possible and you could qualify to take part in this special contest!

We’ll select participants from the pool of qualifying applicants and get them started on the FAVAO program. Then we’ll set them up with a ton of perks—$1,400-worth!—and follow their “wellness reset” for 12 weeks. At the end of the challenge, three grand prize winners will be selected to receive a $3,000 head-to-toe makeover with our very own Beverly Hollister (hair, make-up & wardrobe) including a trip to XANGO Headquarters for a professional photo shoot!

To qualify…

We want highly motivated people who know exactly why they want to live the FAVAO program and don’t mind sharing their FAVAO transformations publicly. If that sounds like you, do the following before December 31.

1. Go to the FAVAO Facebook fan page and click “like.”
2. Click the link on the Facebook page to fill out an application. Submit a photo and write your wellness goal.
3. Get votes! Have your Facebook friends vote for your application between January 1–9. Only those who get 50 votes or more will be considered. (Hint: don’t be afraid to campaign for yourself!)

We’ll consider the total number of votes, the goals you submit, and the case you make in the written portion of the application before selecting final contest participants. Contest participants will be announced January 11 and the FAVAO Reset Challenge will begin on the 16^th!

The fine print…

Here’s the info we’ll need for your application:

• Name, address, phone number (home/cell), email address, XANGO ID
• Weight, height, measurements (Male: chest and waist, Female: waist and hip), body fat percentage (from scale or your local gym)
• Profile picture – the way you publically want to be viewed in the contest
• Your goals & commitment (What do you want your outcome to be after 12 weeks? Weight lost? Inches lost? How do you want to feel?) (40 words or less)
• Why should you be a participant in the FAVAO Reset Challenge? (Why is this so important to you? What will you gain? What will you now be able to accomplish in your life?) This statement will appear publicly on Facebook as part of your profile. Take your time as this will influence voting. (100 words or less. 

Here’s what you’ll be committing to if you are selected.

• Waiver of liability
• Commit to report results and post comments/videos publicly on a weekly basis
• Commit to purchase the 1-year subscription of the FAVAO Program and monthly the FAVAO family of products (FAVAO Body Cleanse, FAVAO Fiber, FAVAO Metabolic, FAVAO Protein)
