100K Selects Susan & Barry Sprouse hosted a weekend event as part of the GO! World Tour in Newport News, VA. We had a meet-and-greet reception Friday evening, attended by about 50 leaders. Susan, Premier Select Pat Petrini and I shared a few personal experiences with the group.

Susan opened Saturday with her infectious energy and optimism. She invited me on to give a convention update and to say a little about the exciting CC4 launch that’s coming up. It’s going to have a huge impact on the business of anyone who’s ready to promote it.

I also pointed out that the two leaders who were on the agenda later in the meeting were both leading by example. October sponsoring is up 36% in Susan’s group compared with September, and Pat’s group has bumped their sponsoring numbers up a remarkable 63% this month!

Next we heard from Dame Mary Barraco, an 81-year-young freedom fighter who helped countless refugees find freedom during World War II. Her message of freedom certainly resonated with those in the audience who offer freedom to their friends and neighbors looking for solutions to the oppressive economic situation in the world today.

Pat and Susan provided the nuts and bolts training for the event, helping the crowd map out their to-do list as they work on hitting Premier by next September so they can participate in our Re-Discovery event.

All the seats were filled—150 people put whatever plans they had for the perfect weather on hold to attend this fantastic event. They were rewarded for their dedication with vital, dynamic trainings that will build their XANGO businesses. My third event over the years with Susan, and this was the most professional, the biggest and the best one. She just keeps getting better, just like her team. My thanks to all those I was able to meet with in Virginia.
