Some of XANGO North America’s top leaders joined Aaron Garrity, Joe Morton and me at the 2012 Elite Summit this past weekend. And in keeping with XANGO’s habit of doing things up right, we held this year’s Summit at the top-rated resort in North America: The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, California. The surroundings were magnificent, and the company of good friends and XANGO family was enhanced at this incredible location.

As this event was timed to coincide with the official launch of the FAVAO Lifestyle Program, we enjoyed a full FAVAO focus for our weekend, from meals to activities and everything in between. We heard FAVAO success stories from great leaders like 500K Select Anton Garrity, 200K Selects Lilia del Ray & Alfredo López, Barbara King-Schmidt, Carolyn Johnson, and Eric Welch, and 100K Select Janelle Crane. FAVAO experts Trish & Jesse Allen joined Dr. Vaughn Johnson for some Q&A on FAVAO.  Our Chairman and CEO, Aaron Garrity, unveiled XANGO’s Book of Greats—a beautiful book that these top leaders were able to sign. Our Book of Greats will make its way around the world at various events, where XANGO leaders who have demonstrated greatness will add their names to these initial signatures.

In addition to Distributor leaders and our FAVAO experts, we also heard powerful messages and personal FAVAO success stories from our Vice President of Communications, Dave Webb, and our Sr Vice President of the Americas, Scott Smith. Joe and I are touched by the countless life-changing stories already circulating as a result of the lifestyle reset that FAVAO offers our Distributors and consumers.

As a qualification event, we recognize the effort and commitment represented by a room full of our top leaders. We are proud of them for their accomplishments, but, even more importantly, we celebrate their commitment to generate an entire new collection of qualified leaders to be recognized at the XANGO Regional event in Las Vegas, Sept 7-8, 2012.

After this incredible couple of days we’re all refreshed and recharged and ready to drive unprecedented growth. Thanks to our XANGO leadership for making this such a phenomenal experience! We look forward to seeing so many of our XANGO Nation throughout the coming year.
