Sr. VP Beverly Hollister was in Europe for a Women Building Bridges event, and we held meetings in Genoa and Rome so XANGO Italy could enjoy her presence as well. All the Distributors love her, and she brought the love of the Founders to share with the audience.

Many other esteemed guests joined Beverly. From Corporate: Dany Laroque, President XANGO EU, CIS, Africa & Oceania, and Isabelle Laroque, VP Distributor Relations & PR EU, CIS & Africa. Distributor leaders: 200Ks Carolyn Johnson (visiting from USA), Roberto Cedrini & Miliça Zekovic (hosts in Genoa) and Massimo del Moro (host in Rome), 100K Paolo Titone (host in Rome) and Premiers Paolo Trasatti & Susanna Vlah.

These meetings seemed to focus on the closeness and friendship everyone can feel within XANGO. After Susanna & Paolo presented the opportunity, they got to introduce their good friends Roberto and Miliça. Paolo and Roberto grew up together, and now they get to work side-by-side!

Then Miliça got to introduce Beverly, a very emotional moment because of their strong bond. Beverly was a witness at Miliça’s wedding. Beverly spoke of the special place this market has in the formation of XANGO, since Joe and Gordon Morton’s mother, Gabriella, is from Italy. That Italian blood is fundamental to XANGO’s success! Beverly also shared three keys to leadership: We must be nimble, adaptable and unafraid. A great message because the Italian market only transcended last year’s situation through the dynamism and fearlessness of their leaders. We must live so that we share our beauty with others. “Do you believe you can bless lives in Italy?” she asked.

Dany pointed out that this was the first time he’d spoken to these leaders since the “great day” the AGCM removed the constraints put upon XANGO. This decision has not only impacted our company but the whole industry. Just a few days ago, Dany pointed out, the Italian Prime Minister stressed the importance of diversifying job prospects—leading perfectly to networking! XANGO is back to 100% in Italy, and with new compensation-boosting programs like iBonus and Customer Connect and great events like the one coming up in Kiev, we are ready to become number one in Europe.

In Rome we recognized a new 20K, Rina Middonti; two new Premiers, Giampaolo de Titta and Giulio La Torre; and one new 100K Marino and Daniela Torzolini! Very emotional, energetic speeches, showing how Italy has restarted and reached full speed.

Massimo encouraged Distributors to have a pioneering spirit. It’s never easy for pioneers, but it is so much more rewarding when you can see how your accomplishments bless the lives of others.

Two fantastic meetings in beautiful locations. The Rome meeting took place in the Novotel La Rustica with more than 100 attendees, and the same number attended in the famous Museo del Mare in Genoa, home of Christopher Columbus, another Italian pioneer. XANGO Italy is fired up and ready to go!
