The City of Vladivostok lies on a peninsula in southeastern Russia, much closer to Tokyo, Seoul and Beijing than Moscow or St. Petersburg, and XANGO has found a real stronghold there. I just finished a fantastic trip to the CIS and can hardly believe how many people are realizing their dreams with XANGO. I take that back—it’s not hard to believe what’s going on there. I’ve met enough CIS Distributors to see how their passion, vision and dedication are carrying them to unstoppable success with XANGO. A lot of 500Ks in the making….

I spent the weekend with President of XANGO EU & CIS Dany Laroque, dozens of top leaders and over 200 Distributors and guests. All the messages shared were on point, giving the audience notebooks full of wisdom to take home and apply as they build their XANGO businesses.

20Ks Svetlana & Vyacheslav Kim shared their story moving to XANGO from another company. Premier Oksana Kozhevnikova talked about working with sponsors and uplines. 200K Select Vadim Smirnov expressed a humbling confidence in my partners and the executives leading XANGO. 200K Select Sergey Savich rallied the leaders to get their groups to GO! 2011 XANGO International Convention and touted the importance of following a system. Premier Olga Koyevnikova gave some excellent pointers on how to close a deal.

So many speakers, so little time! It was a pleasure to sit and listen to the sage advice and heartfelt testimonials of these sure-footed leaders.

I also had a few opportunities to speak. It was my pleasure to announce that 200K Selects Oleg & Galina Ogromnovy will be speaking at Convention. I also recounted XANGO’s trying first 17 days of existence, challenging everyone not to wait for the conditions to be perfect, and promised the audience I will continue to make this a company that will not limit their dreams.
