Elevation 2011: Producing Wellness
We’ve had another incredible day at Elevation. Our meeting started off this morning with Sr. VP of North America Scott Smith emphasizing a return to telling product stories. We thrive on finding people who want to build businesses, but also on people who love our products. Scott finished with some exciting announcements. One of the biggest being the new Customer Connect program, designed to reward those who have customer volume built into their business.
Mexico GM Shane Brady gave a great report about the Mexican market. They have packed the new office with prospects at opportunity meetings every night of the week! And they have already sold more than twice the amount of Convention tickets than any other year. To the Distributors of Mexico—¡Felicidades! and we can’t wait to see you in Salt Lake on September 14!
It was exciting to hear from Dr. Talbott today, reminding us all that we need to make our product stories simpler. He encouraged us to just tell people to try our products and then feel the difference. He masterfully taught us the Four Pillars to Health, and how XANGO addresses each one. I loved the simple approach explaining how all of our products work together.
500K Select Sherman Unkefer beautifully introduced 100K Select Janelle Crane. Janelle’s story is inspirational, as she dealt with so many obstacles at the beginning of her business, including ovarian cancer. Janelle spoke about how XANGO helped as she continued to work the business every day of her illness. The Juice helped her feel better, and the business success helped her lifestyle.
My partner, Founder Bryan Davis, wrapped the meeting up for us by teaching about the power of a telling a story in such a way that motivates people to action: “Change your words. Change your world.” Bryan talked about the week-long service mission with Operation Smile in Guadalajara, Mexico, representing XANGO as we helped provide 128 new smiles to children and new hope to their families. Bryan certainly leads by example in terms of the difference that charity and service can make in our own lives, and the lives touched by those acts.
We spent the afternoon participating in the Gary Hollister Golf Tournament. The views were stunning, with several holes built right into the shoreline of the Caribbean Sea. Teams were formed, laughter was shared, and winners were able to pocket significant sums of cash courtesy of our Founder Gary Hollister.
We finished golfing just in time for the farewell fiesta, featuring great food, a mariachi band, and authentic Mayan dancers. The last moments of the event were spent listening to the stories of some of our leaders, including 100K Select Rodrigo Sepúlveda, 500K Select Sandi Cohen (who celebrated her birthday today), and 500K Select Anton Garrity.
Our leaders certainly deserve the best, and we are excited to have you qualify for our upcoming leadership events. You can’t beat the way XANGO rewards success!
