This year, he jumped 5 spots to number 2 on the list, reflecting XANGO’s transcendence in the face of worldwide economic crisis. Direct Selling Live pointed to Aaron’s ability to innovate and his supreme leadership skills as their reasoning for his impressive placement on their list.

Unlike copycat lists that have sprung up recently, you cannot “buy” your way onto this list, curry favor to make the list, or make the list by using a cheap popularity contest. You don’t make the POWER 50 by being in a particular association, by running the largest company, having the biggest downline, having the most distributors, making the most sales or making the most money. No. It’s about which individuals have had the greatest impact in direct selling over the past 12 months while moving the entire industry forward by giving back to both the direct selling and world communities through social, economic and environmental efforts. It is the list of the 50 “POWER PLAYERS” who over the past 12 months were not only “game changers” in direct selling—they changed the world for the better.
