For the past four years, Direct Selling Live has published a list of the year’s top 50 movers and shakers in Direct Sales: the “POWER 50.” In 2011 we celebrated Chairman & CEO Aaron Garrity’s jump from #7 to #2 on that list, and in 2012 he’s got more XANGO company.

While Aaron held down the 2-spot once again, the XANGO Founders collectively featured at #16. “From a technology standpoint, no one does it better than the team out of Utah,” said Keeper Catran, founder and CEO of Direct Selling Live.

Keeper praised XANGO’s forward-thinking use of the GO! On Demand technology at the GO! 2011 convention, noting, “XANGO, in my opinion, is the company that will lead direct selling in a very positive direction for the next 20–30 years.” Outsiders were skeptical of broadcasting the event via the Internet, worried it would take away from attendance, but Aaron insisted. He wanted GO! 2011 to reach as many people as possible—and history again validated that vision.

Keeper was so taken with XANGO’s bold strides in 2011 that, in addition to setting aside two spots on the POWER 50 list, he also named XANGO as Direct Selling Live’s first-ever Company of the Quarter. (Check out an awesome interview he did with Aaron here.)

Those featured on the POWER 50 are defined by their ability to influence, and XANGO is honored to be recognized by our colleagues—and we’re even more proud of our Distributors for all we’ve achieved together. Under the careful leadership of Aaron, Joe, Gordon, Gary, Kent and Bryan, we’ll continue to employ our power and influence to provide opportunities for our Distributors, challenge the industry, and spread wellness in all its forms.
