Monthly birthday treats, big-screen TVs, free stuff (just because), Ping-Pong tables, and XANGO® Juice practically on tap.... It’s a good life at XANGO.
We’re not sure how all the math works, but roughly 30% of XANGO’s building space is dedicated to relaxation, diversion and all-around mental recharging.
There’s table tennis, foosball, and arcade games (with spirited tournaments), as well as booths and bistro seating for eating your lunch with co-workers.
And when the weather’s just right, we regularly step outside for a summertime XANGO barbeque extravaganza: smokin’ grills, stacks of chicken, full-sided soccer matches and lots and lots o’ sunshine.
The truth is, thanks to the efforts of our XANGO Culture League, you almost have to experience working & playing at XANGO to believe it.
Especially when it comes to the tremendous charitable work we’re proud to be a part of. Rebuilding villages in Thailand, medical missions to South America, hygiene kits, book drives…There’s always some good happening at XANGO.
Our employees take care of business, so we take care of them. XANGO offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees.
MEDICAL AND DENTAL
We provide top-of-the-line medical benefits, including a Health Savings Account (HSA) option to which XANGO contributes $1,000 per year for family plans and $500 per year for single plans. We also offer one great dental plan with extensive coverage in and out of network.
PAID TIME OFF AND HOLIDAYS
New hires with full-time status have between 15 and 20 days off a year, and longer-serving employees have 25 paid days off outside of regular holidays, which include:
Available to full-time employees who have been with the company for seven years, the XANGO sabbatical is a paid 6 weeks (30 consecutive workdays) of time away from work to explore the wonders of an unfettered dream.
EXTRAS (there's always extras at XANGO)
Along with our generous benefits, there are several perks associated with the company, including free XANGO products, event and movie tickets, discounted goods and services, regular parties, and much, much more. But you’ll just have to join the XANGO Nation to hear the rest.
